The year started off with the prestigious Tamilnadu Chief Minister’s trophy 2023, a monumental 25 day sports event that took place with a massive 27,000 participants from around 38 districts of Tamil Nadu. From strategy to video production, we’re proud to have orchestrated a grand event, ensuring the well-being of 27,000+ participants.
Rajasthan Youth Mahotsav 2023
Followed by the Rajasthan Youth Mahotsav, an extraordinary cultural extravaganza held in the awe-inspiring city of Jaipur. With over 15,000 participants, evolve devised an Impressive social media strategy that led to substantial follower growth and engagement during the event. Our skilled team’s innovative video production showcased event highlights, interviews, behind-the-scenes, and promotions throughout the event.
Vellore Fort Trophy 2023
Vellore fort trophy 2023 is a four day long magnificent volleyball championship conducted by the Volleyball association of Vellore at the prestigious Vellore Institute of technology.Our team at Evolve managed the whole panoramic processes of the event right from planning the event alongside the organisers, bring the branding voice of the event and carrying out the whole promotional process, Our social media team did a great job making the event earn a firm follower base. Evolve also did impressive video production and entirely captured the whole essence of the event.
Khelo India Youth Games 2023
Evolve was a part of the Khelo India Youth Games 2023, India’s biggest sports championship that was held at the inspiring city of chennai. With over 5630 talented participants from all over the country, evolve managed the health, adaptability and well being of the participants by being a collaborator in the catering and accommodation services for Khelo. We take immense pleasure in mentioning that the relentless work of our backend team ensured seamless services for the participants.
